Initial schedules are prepared by KP Meiring Company with input from the owner, architect and subcontractors. Project meetings occur on a regular basis to monitor project status. Schedules are continually updated to reflect the actual job progress and are electronically transmitted to the owner and design professional. Quality Control is managed on a daily basis with “quality control lists” which are maintained in digital format for electronic distribution and tracking. KP Meiring Company strives to at all times maintain equilibrium between Cost, Time and Quality.
MAINTENANCE
All facilities require maintenance and KP Meiring Company provides building maintenance services exclusive of routine Plumbing, Electrical and Heating and Air Conditioning.
